Asset tagging & tracking
Every asset scanned, serialized, and loaded into your CMMS. We manufacture 304 stainless, laser-etched tags with QR codes — the same tags we sell direct through CG Asset Tags — then handle the tag-out, GPS walk-down, and CMMS import.

Reliability engineering
PM optimization, criticality analysis, RCM-lite, and root-cause investigations. We work inside your CMMS, not on top of it — the deliverable is a cleaner PM library and fewer 2 AM callouts.

Service 04
Mechanical design & retrofits
The bracket, guard, chute, or skid your team needs by next shutdown. CAD, fab drawings, and materials specs — handed off to your shop or fabricated through our vendor network.
